Welcome to GrowthEd. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, classroom learning tools, content, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. About GrowthEd
GrowthEd is an educational initiative that helps schools teach financial literacy and life skills through stories, classroom activities, assessments, and games. Our Services are designed for schools, educators, parents, and students in India and other markets where we operate.

2. Who may use the Services
You may use the Services only if you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using the Services on behalf of a school, trust, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Students may use GrowthEd learning content under the supervision of their school, teachers, or parents, in accordance with the school’s policies and any applicable subscription or license agreement.
3. Accounts and access
Some parts of the Services may require registration, login credentials, school codes, or other access controls. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when requested.
- Keep login credentials confidential and not share them with unauthorized persons.
- Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or school access.
- Be responsible for activity that occurs under your account or school license, to the extent permitted by law.
4. School subscriptions and demos
Schools and institutions may subscribe to GrowthEd for classroom delivery. Subscription scope, duration, fees, onboarding, and support will be as set out in the applicable order form, proposal, invoice, or written agreement between GrowthEd and the school.
Demo or trial access (including “Book a Demo” requests) is provided for evaluation purposes only. Demo access does not grant a permanent license unless a paid subscription or separate agreement is confirmed in writing.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
- Copy, redistribute, sell, rent, or sublicense GrowthEd content except as expressly permitted in writing.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our apps or platforms, except where applicable law allows.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services, servers, or networks connected to the Services.
- Upload malware, scrape content at scale, or bypass security or access controls.
- Misrepresent your identity, school affiliation, or authority when contacting us or using the Services.
6. Intellectual property
All content, branding, characters (including Finlings), stories, videos, assessments, games, software, designs, and trademarks used in the Services are owned by GrowthEd or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Subject to these Terms and any school license, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for educational and non-commercial purposes as intended. No ownership rights are transferred to you.
7. User submissions
If you submit feedback, suggestions, testimonials, form responses, or other content to us, you grant GrowthEd a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that content to operate, improve, and promote the Services, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
You represent that any content you submit does not infringe third-party rights and is not unlawful, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate.
8. Educational content disclaimer
GrowthEd content is designed to support financial literacy and life skills education. It is for educational purposes only and does not constitute personalized financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Schools and parents remain responsible for how learning is applied in real-world contexts.
We strive for accuracy and age-appropriate quality, but we do not guarantee that all content is error-free or suitable for every curriculum, grade level, or learning need without teacher adaptation.
9. Payments
Where fees apply (for school subscriptions, camps, or other paid offerings), payment terms will be stated in the relevant invoice, checkout flow, or agreement. Payments may be processed by third-party processors (for example App Store / Play Store billing, Razorpay, Stripe, or similar). You agree to provide accurate billing information and to pay all amounts due on time.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, fees are non-refundable once Services have been delivered or access has been activated, except where required by applicable law or expressly agreed by GrowthEd.
10. Third-party services and links
The Services may integrate with or link to third-party platforms (such as hosting, analytics, OTP, crash reporting, or payment providers). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. GrowthEd is not responsible for third-party content, availability, or practices beyond our reasonable control.
11. Privacy
How we collect and use personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you also acknowledge that policy.
12. Service availability and changes
We aim to keep the Services available and useful, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services (including features, content, or pricing for new purchases) with reasonable notice where practicable.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you breach these Terms, misuse the platform, fail to pay applicable fees, or if required by law. Schools may terminate a subscription as provided in their written agreement with GrowthEd. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends, except for rights that by nature should survive (such as intellectual property ownership and limitation of liability).
14. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
15. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrowthEd and its founders, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Services.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the fees paid by you (or your school) to GrowthEd for the Services giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or INR 5,000 if no fees were paid, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.
16. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GrowthEd from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
17. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer or education-related protections that may apply, courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Services, unless a separate written agreement with a school specifies otherwise.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised Terms on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, except where additional consent is required by law.
